Packages:

more than 5 Greeting cards or Invitations , and all other products available in our store.

 

During the order placement process, you will be given above delivery options to select. Shipping cost will be added based on the delivery option selected. 





Returns & Refund

 

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! Please refer below instructions,

 

If the products are defective, damaged during delivery contact us within 24 hours by email or chat with the Image of damage product.  We will refund the purchase prices or exchange the products, subject to the following conditions

  • Items must be with tags still on, original packaging, original condition. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

  • If the products are defective, damaged during delivery contact us within 24 hours by email or chat with the Image of damage product. The defective, damaged products should be return within the two business day.

  • Refunds will not include the cost of delivery

  • Store pickup items cannot be returned or exchanged. Customer should responsible for check the product quality before pickup. 

  • non-returnable, non-exchangeable tagged items not allowed for returnable or exchange 

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

  •  It will takes 5-7  business days to receive your refund. 




Tracking Your Order

 

You can track the status of product processing via mobile app chat box status or we provide the status by email notification. After the delivery done, if curior service available the tracking number you will be notifying the details for tracking your product.
